Grief is the normal and natural reaction to loss of any kind. While grief is normal and natural, most of what we learn about grief is not normal, natural, or helpful. We can experience grief when there is a change or end in any familiar pattern of behavior. Grief is individual and unique.

If so you might feel sad, distracted or confused. You are not alone. The Grief Recovery Method has been helping people feel better following a loss for 40 years.
PROGRAMS




The Grief Recovery Method is an action based program for moving beyond loss. The program is facilitated by a Certified Grief Recovery Specialist in a support group or a one on one format. There is a finite number of sessions. Each program has a beginning and an end. It's not a "drop-in" meeting.
